At My Reiki Space, I believe in the body's ability to heal itself, given proper care and respect our bodies need.  Whether you're seeking relief from stress, emotional unbalance, anxiety, pain or you just want  a moment of peace, I am here to support you.  I found Reiki many years ago and just love how much it has helped me to become more relaxed and able to handle daily stress and anxiety that use to deplete me. I felt so drained at the end of the day and hardly had any energy to have fun after a week of work. After learning Reiki and treating myself regularly with Reiki, I feel energized and well again. I believe in Reiki so much I want to share it with others, so I created My Reiki Space. A place you can come and receive Reiki treatments and take a class to learn it yourself, if you want. I am happy to discuss any questions you have in a free 15 minute call. I had a lot of questions as I had no idea what to expect when I went for my first Reiki treatment.
