Whether you're seeking relief from stress, anxiety, pain, not being able to sleep or simply needing some time for yourself. I am here to support you.  I found Reiki is what finally helped me be able to feel more relaxed and not be so agitated all the time. I cried gently through my first Reiki session and was told that is a normal release of emotions that can happen during  a Reiki session. It felt so good to be releasing what I didn't even know I was holding on to! That was many years ago. I took my first Reiki class soon after that session and started practicing on myself. I have had many classes since, as there is always something new to learn. I love learning and helping others so Reiki is a wonderful outlet for both.
